Turn a Truist PDF statement into a clean Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo) or OFX file — with every row checked against the running balance. Free, no signup, and unlike every other PDF converter, nothing is uploaded: it's read by your browser's own PDF engine, on your machine.
.pdf only — text-based statements, not scans
Truist statements are downloaded from Truist online banking or the Truist mobile app, generally under a statements or documents section, as a PDF. Truist was formed in 2019 from the merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks, and during the post-merger transition some accounts opened under the legacy banks may still reference BB&T- or SunTrust-branded portals for older archived statements. Truist's commercial and treasury customers can receive BAI2 files for cash management.
Business customers who receive a BAI2 cash file — whether the account still carries a legacy BB&T or SunTrust number or a fresh Truist one — get an exact conversion by running it through BAI2 → Excel instead of a PDF summary. A personal account with a CSV export belongs on CSV → QBO. Otherwise, the plain monthly PDF, handled here, remains the one document every Truist customer can always fall back on.

No part of your Truist statement leaves your device. The PDF is read locally by JavaScript running in your browser tab, not by a server — this page has no upload endpoint to send it to, and a quick look at your browser's network tab while converting will show no such request. It even keeps working offline once loaded. Details: privacy page.
Because a PDF has no real table, only text sitting at coordinates on the page, this tool rebuilds rows by grouping same-line fragments left to right the way your eye would. Headers and footers that repeat on every page are recognized and skipped, an orphaned continuation line is reattached to the transaction above it, and every negative-amount style — parentheses included — collapses into a single signed Amount column. The final figure on each line is kept as the running balance rather than folded into your totals.
Truist was created by the 2019 merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks, and older archived statements from before an account fully migrated can still carry the legacy branding and a different layout. This tool reads by position rather than a fixed template, so it can generally handle both the legacy and current Truist statement formats — check the preview table either way.
It really isn't. Everything happens in the browser tab you already have open — there's no server behind this page and nothing for the file to be sent to. Check your browser's network tab while converting a Truist statement and you won't see a single request carrying it.
Rather than a template made for Truist's specific layout, this tool works from the position of text on the page — reliable for most statements, though not guaranteed for every layout variation. Check the preview table and the balance-check panel before trusting the output, and make sure you're using a text-based PDF rather than a scan if something looks wrong.
