Turn a TD Bank PDF statement into a clean Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo) or OFX file — with every row checked against the running balance. Free, no signup, and unlike every other PDF converter, nothing is uploaded: it's read by your browser's own PDF engine, on your machine.
.pdf only — text-based statements, not scans
TD Bank statements are downloaded from TD Bank's online banking or mobile app, typically under a statements or documents section, as a PDF. TD Bank is the US retail banking arm of Canada's Toronto-Dominion Bank and markets itself as "America's Most Convenient Bank," known for longer branch hours than most competitors. Personal checking and savings accounts commonly support exporting recent transactions as CSV directly from the account activity view, separate from the monthly PDF.
That CSV file is worth using instead of the PDF whenever it's offered — CSV → QBO turns it into Excel, QBO or OFX in a couple of clicks, straight from TD's own numbers. Business customers with a treasury export should look for something similar before falling back on a PDF. Otherwise, the monthly PDF statement — the default for every TD Bank account — is exactly what this page was built to read.

Converting a TD Bank statement here never involves a server: your browser's own PDF engine reads the file locally, and there is no endpoint on this page for it to be uploaded to. Open the network tab in your browser's developer tools while converting and you'll see nothing carrying the file out. The page keeps working with no internet connection too. A statement PDF has no real table inside it, just positioned text, so this tool groups fragments on the same line left to right, rejoins wrapped descriptions, filters out repeated headers and footers, and normalizes every negative-sign convention — parentheses, a leading or trailing minus — into one signed Amount column. The last number on a line is treated as the running balance and checked against each transaction, not summed into your totals.
Personal TD Bank checking and savings accounts typically let you export a chosen range of recent transactions as CSV from the online activity screen, separate from the monthly PDF statement. Grab that export when it's there — CSV → QBO turns it into Excel, QBO or OFX — and come here for the plain PDF statement itself.
Correct, nowhere. The conversion runs entirely client-side, in the tab your TD Bank statement is opened in, with no server component backing this page. Your browser's own network tab will confirm it — watch it while converting and no request will carry the file out.
Because this tool reads text position rather than following a fixed TD Bank template, unusual layouts can occasionally trip it up even though most statements come through fine. The preview table and balance-check panel are there for exactly this reason — check them before relying on a result, and confirm the source file is a text-based PDF, not a scanned image, if rows seem off.
