Terms of Service

BankFileConvert converts bank statement files (BAI2, CAMT.053, MT940, CSV) into spreadsheet and accounting formats, entirely in your browser. The free tier is provided as-is, free of charge. Pro unlocks additional export formats and batch processing under a licence key sold as a 24-hour pass, monthly subscription or lifetime licence, each for a single user.

We test the parsers extensively (150+ automated assertions run before every release) and the built-in balance check flags files whose totals do not tie. Even so, banks produce non-standard files and edge cases exist. You are responsible for verifying converted output before importing it into accounting systems or filing it anywhere. The service is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for free-tier use, that is zero.

• A licence key is for one person; sharing it may result in revocation.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the period ends.
• If Pro does not work for your files, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — we would rather refund than have an unhappy accountant.

Do not use the site to process files you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access to Pro without an agreement with us.
