Turn a Capital One PDF statement into a clean Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo) or OFX file — with every row checked against the running balance. Free, no signup, and unlike every other PDF converter, nothing is uploaded: it's read by your browser's own PDF engine, on your machine.
.pdf only — text-based statements, not scans
Capital One statements are downloaded from your online banking or the Capital One Mobile app, generally under a statements or documents section for the account. Capital One began as a credit-card company in the mid-1990s before expanding into full retail banking, and its online "360" checking and savings accounts typically let you export recent transactions as CSV directly from the activity view. Capital One's commercial banking division, serving business customers, also offers treasury management services that can include BAI2-style cash reporting.
Send a CSV export to CSV → QBO for Excel, QBO or OFX; a BAI2 treasury file goes through BAI2 → Excel the same way. This page handles the PDF statement itself, which every Capital One account has whether or not a direct export happens to be available on it.

Everything happens locally when you convert a Capital One statement here — the browser's built-in PDF engine reads the file, and this page has no server or upload endpoint at all. Watching your browser's network tab during conversion will confirm it: no request carries the file anywhere. It also works with no internet connection once the page has loaded. See the privacy page for the complete policy.
A statement PDF has no real table inside it, just positioned text, so this tool groups fragments on the same line left to right, rejoins wrapped descriptions, filters out repeated headers and footers, and normalizes every negative-sign convention — parentheses, a leading or trailing minus — into one signed Amount column. The last number on a line is treated as the running balance and checked against each transaction, not summed into your totals.
Capital One's online "360" checking and savings accounts typically let you export a chosen date range of transactions as CSV from the account activity page, separate from the monthly PDF statement. If that's available on your account, use it — it's exact, and CSV → QBO turns it into Excel, QBO or OFX. This converter is for the PDF statement itself.
It really isn't. Everything happens in the browser tab you already have open — there's no server behind this page and nothing for the file to be sent to. Check your browser's network tab while converting a Capital One statement and you won't see a single request carrying it.
Because this tool follows the position of text rather than a layout made specifically for Capital One, an unusual statement design can occasionally confuse it, though most come through cleanly. That's exactly what the preview table and balance-check panel are for — review them before trusting a result, and make sure the source file is a real text-based PDF rather than a scan if something looks off.
